Near Field Communication (NFC): Revolutionizing Contactless Connectivity

Overview:Near Field Communication (NFC) is a short-range wireless communication technology that enables data exchange between devices over a distance of a few centimeters. Built upon Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) principles, NFC allows for secure and quick interactions between electronic devices, typically through a simple tap or close proximity. This technology has become increasingly popular in applications such as mobile payments, data sharing, and access control systems.

How It Works:NFC operates at the 13.56 MHz frequency and enables two-way communication between devices. It can function in three primary modes:

  1. Reader/Writer Mode – A device reads or writes data to an NFC tag.

  2. Peer-to-Peer Mode – Two NFC-enabled devices exchange information directly.
